I readily found this five-star florist in Oakland. I went to their online site and easily placed my order for delivery. I was happily surprised to learn that they attempted to make the delivery within 90 minutes of my placing the order. They called me to let me know that the recipient wasn't at work at that time. I gave them the home address for their prompt delivery. I received their video of the arrangement that they created as well as a photograph from the recipient and it was absolutely beautiful. And as if that were not enough positive things to say, it was very reasonably priced! The gentleman I dealt with over the phone, Mike, was extremely helpful and friendly.

I received great customer service and my flowers were beautiful. Due to the area, parking isn't great so they walked the flowers out to my car. Also, the last time I bought from them, the flowers lasted two weeks. I'd definitely recommend them and I'll be using them again soon. Tanisha
