I wanted to send flowers to a friend who lives in Oakland, and chose Seulberger's based on the reviews. I've had the experience of ordering flowers from other places and being appalled by what actually gets delivered. Seulberger's lives up to their reviews. My friend sent a photo and she is so pleased with the gorgeous arrangement she received. She knows flowers and mentioned the arrangement contained a flower that's currently hard to find. She then asked for the florist's info so she can start using them for her flower needs. I'm thrilled with this order and experience!

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Seulbergers is amazing. There were complications with my order, they did an exemplary job of communicating and fulfilling their commitments. They exceeded expectations. The order was for a retirement, and the recipient raved, oohed and aahed about how beautiful it was. My only minor complaint was that it was delivered a week early! Why allow us to select a delivery date when ordering if it will be delivered at that time. We were just lucky she happened to be in the office at the time of delivery. But it did make a big impression, and for that I am very happy. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for loving our art and product.Now I know how aah and ooh are spelled as we hear it often but not seeing it written.Appologies for delivering it early,itis rare that we make a mistake on the delivery date,sometimes it gets really busy and if the order comes in exactly a week or two before but same day of the week,we may think it is the same day.Will definitely bring up with our host company to maybe change the font in that situation to get our attention.So happy to have you as our customer.
