First time using this company, and I was absolutely grateful for the efforts that they made. First, they reached out to me to inform me that the selection I made didn’t have the box that was in the photo and asked if I was OK with a substitution. I appreciate them for asking before doing. Then, the driver had difficulty finding the location, so the owner reached out to keep me updated and ask for suggestions on finding my husband’s work location. I was able to send him a screenshot, and he even offered to take the flowers himself if the driver wasn’t able to make it. They reached out to me to let me know that they were arriving, delivering, and that the flowers have been received. This extra effort definitely made me appreciate them, and I will be using them again. I appreciate the communication and efforts.

The flower arrangement was wonderful and they even checked the address before delivery as I entered lane instead of street. I highly recommend this florist!

Beautiful bouquet arrived on time. Highly recommend their services.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
