With most flower shops there is definitely ,love ,interest and passion about the flowers and what they do with it and dealing with the customers.
Any good florist,must have both the interest in the work and art of flower business and also good business sense.
Business sense,such as managing you overhead,buying and ordering the right flowers and right amount of,managing the employees so they are not too idle and not overworked,understanding what the customer wants and makes them happy,establishing good relationship with the wholesaler/growers so they take care of you when you the flowers,dealing with the variables like availability of certain flowers in different times of year,business rushes throughout the day,the week and the year and the slow downs and many more factors and elements that impact the success and flow of business.
Now the fun part which involves,Love,talent,creativity and then dedication and hustle to keep it going.
Flowers can make people feel loved and put them in a good mood.
